In 1970, industrial psychologist,
Dr. Walter Storey, launched a revolutionary management training program at General Electric Company known as the Interpersonal Communications Workshop (ICW). What began as an internal training program blossomed over the next 30 years to become an internationally respected corporation that provides leadership and interpersonal communications training.
